Doctors:
JAMES J. WATSON, DVM: Has been a veterinarian since 1980. His educational
background includes a Bachelors of Science degree in 1971 from Florida
Presbyterian College (Eckerd College) in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a
Masters in Microbiology degree in 1974 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
degree (Charter Class) in 1980 from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
In 1980 Dr. Watson came to Southern California to do a one year medicine and
surgery internship in Santa Ana. He began working at Villa Park Animal Clinic
in 1982.
SHELLEY WOOD, DVM: Comes to us from Texas where she owned a practice in
Denton from 1989-1996. Her educational background includes a Bachelors of
Science in Biomedical Science degree in 1983 and a Doctor of Veterinary
Medicine degree in 1987, both from Texas A&M University, College Station.
Dr. Wood has been working at VPAC since 1999.
